EARRINGS cannot be exchanged or returned due to health reasons.

If you have a change of heart on a product that has not been worn or damaged within 30 days of purchase, you may send it back and either exchange or receive a shop credit.

As Orïelle is sustainably made to order please give us 2-3 days to ship your item.  Once shipped you will receive an Australian Post tracking number.

Jewellery Care

 

All Orïelle jewellery is hand crafted from high quality materials and designed for everyday wear.  To sustain longevity of years, I do recommend avoiding contact with harsh chemicals including some pool chlorines as this can lesson your jewellery’s lifespan.  After exercise, ocean activity and contact with lotions etc I recommend a good rinse and dry.  Included in your purchase is a cleaning cloth to bring your pieces back to their original state.
