Shipping Policy
As Orïelle is sustainably made to order, please give us 2-3 days to ship your item.
Once shipped you will receive an Australian Post tracking number.
All shipments from Orïelle will be sent with tracking and need a signature.
Return & Exchange Policy
If a product you have received is faulty, Orïelle will happily replace the item for you.
EARRINGS cannot be exchanged or returned due to health reasons.
If you have a change of heart on a product that has not been worn or damaged within 30 days of purchase, you may send it back and either exchange or receive a shop credit.
